Kikiz Cosmeticz Store Policies

Shipping policy:

Kikiz Cosmeticz LLC processing window is 7-10 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation when your order is scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time.

Return/exchange policy:

I do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If your product is damaged please contact kikizcosmeticz@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify. If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) you will not receive replacement or refund. In some cases, a gift card will be emailed to buyer. **Damaged product includes crack or malfunction with wand or tube. It does not include air spaces that are normal when wand is removed and gloss is displaced around tube or slight color difference as these are handmade products and differences will occur.

Lost or damaged package:

Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. I cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact the carrier to inquire about your missing package. Please double check your address before purchase. A package with an incorrect address may be returned to sender by carrier. I check returned packages once a month. Buyer will be refunded when the package returns to sender. We will not offer "reshipping" on returned packages. **International orders: when ordering from Kikiz Cosmeticz LLC you accept that you may incur import taxes upon arrival to your post office. I will not refund for refusal of package due to these fees or for packages that are lost oversees. Many times packages take a month or more to arrive.**

Handmade nature of items:

Please be aware that most items in my store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other. Lip glosses are filled to the K on the wand tube. When you remove the wand from the tube, a void will be visible and gloss will be displaced higher than the K. This can cause the gloss to not look full. Body care items may differ slightly in color. Gloss tubes are slightly larger than oz of gloss to account for space for wand and small air bubbles in gloss. We weigh each gloss in its packaging before shipping and will not ship anything under 6mL of gloss.
