Duplicate gloss in my bundle

I emailed over 3 weeks ago when I first got my gloss bundle, that I received two of the same glosses. And for that I'm going to knock it down a couple stars. I was really hoping she would send me the gloss that I'm missing but it's been over 3 weeks with no response.

I have used 2 of the 4 shades and this is more than a lip gloss. It is like a sparkly lip mask. I have almost replaced all my chap stick with these glosses. They are thick and moisturizing with ZERO stick!!

I’m new to Kikiz Cosmeticz and took a gamble on purchasing a collection with four lipglosses! I couldn’t be happier I did! I love the colors (especially the one that changes color with my ph levels!) and the glosses are moisturizing without feeling sticky! This definitely won’t be my last order!
